Delivery Rules.

  • Your Name.

    All orders must include the first & last name of the person making and receiving the order.

  • 19+ Only.

    Customer placing & receiving the order must present 2 pieces of valid government ID & the credit card used for order.

  • To Receive.

    The customer placing the order MUST be home to receive it. If not, the order will be returned to 100% Cannabis for a 2nd delivery attempt.

  • 2nd Attempt.

    Missed delivery? Contact the store for a product refund or to arrange another delivery.

Age Restrictions
Products can only be shipped to an address within British Columbia, and on delivery recipients must have government-issued ID with proof of age (19 years or older) to receive the order.

On delivery, recipients are required to present two pieces of ID, one of which must be government-issued identification proving the required age of 19 or older. The second piece has to include an imprint of the name and signature and/or picture.

Cost & Carrier
Shipping is a flat-rate of $25.00, regardless of order size and weight.

Customers will receive email referencing their tracking number.

Delivery Information
Any orders placed over the weekend will not leave for delivery until Monday, due to Canada Post pick-up schedules. 

Please note that any orders placed over a holiday will not leave for delivery until the next business day, due to Canada Post pick-up schedules. 

As of July 4, 2022, Canada Post resumed collecting signatures at time of delivery. If you are not home during delivery, a card will be left for you to visit the post office for pick-up. The recipient can be anyone at that address who is 19 years or older and can present two forms of valid ID.

If delivery is not possible then Canada Post will leave instructions about how to retrieve the order from a secure location. Pick up at that location requires government-issued proof of age and ID with the same address that is on the package. 

Undelivered Packages
If the package is not picked up or cannot be delivered, Canada Post will return the order to our shop in Port McNeill, BC. After the package is returned to the shop and processed, a refund will be provided.

Products Shipped in Error
If an incorrect product has been received in error, please get in touch with us at 100percentcannabis@gmail.com . You must have proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).

Delivery returns and refunds, please contact our Port McNeill store to see if you may be eligible. Refunds can take upwards of 5-7 business days to see reported back onto the customers banking accounts. Thank you for your understanding.


Shipping Restrictions
Canada Post cannot deliver vaporizers containing lithium ion batteries and butane (such as lighters & butane canisters) to some BC postal codes that require air freight. Customers located within these postal codes are not able to order vaporizers (and other products containing lithium ion batteries or butane) due to health and safety restrictions.

Return and Refunds Policy and Return FAQ’s
All sales are considered FINAL, except those defined as an '“Eligible Product” by the policy.

Returns must be requested and brought back to the original location of purchase within 15 days after the original sale with the original receipt of purchase.

Products eligible for returns must contain minimum 50% of the cannabis contents. If the 50% minimum requirement is not met 100% Cannabis will not preform a refund.

Refunds will only be refunded back to the original sales tender.
